Soundproofing between rooms needs serious attention!!! Room cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, left much to be desired!!!

hotel's breakfast was very tasty with cake, good coffee and yogurt and could satisfy any taste. the room we booked was beautiful and delightful with all modern conveniences, balcony.

My king room was beautiful. Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was helpful.

Everything was perfect, including marvellous breakfasts with good coffee, different cakes plus yogurt. The room turned out to be fashionable and exceptional with a nice balcony and comfortable bed plus a lovely terrace.

I adored our stylish, beautifully decorated Double Room. The mornings began with the good aroma of freshly baked cakes, and the communal kitchen was a dream, stocked with snacks all day. The team, helping with everything from luggage to finding local treasures.

Staying at Casa Fabbrini was a delight! The warm breakfast and fresh pastries fueled our days. The charming atmosphere, combined with excellent service.

Oh wow, I totally reminded me of I was living in a dream! The room was super cozy, like, so clean, and I loved that I could just grab snacks anytime from the community kitchen. Seriously, the pastries were bomb! The staff, especially Julius, were, like, super sweet and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

Intrusive building work next door started at 7:30 AM, which can be a bit of a bother. The locks on room doors are tricky, and basic amenities like tissues were lacking in the bathroom.

The location was amazing, right next to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The breakfast was a feast, with delicious cakes and made-to-order eggs. I loved the cozy vibe and the spacious room with a modern bathroom. Plus, the communal kitchen was stocked with treats all day 🍰

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. I struggled with the narrow staircase, which wasn't ideal.

The Double Room was stylishly decorated and had a really spacious modern bathroom with a great shower. The top floor location was a bonus, but keep in mind it's a bit of a climb. I loved the comfort of the bed after exploring the city all day. There was some noise from above, but it wasn't too distracting. The vibe was cozy and homey.
